







Good Bird is a San Francisco-based pop up restaurant founded in 2023. At first my goal was simply to start sharing menus with friends in a social setting. Now with over a dozen pop ups under my belt, Good Bird is how I practice creativity, build community, and collaborate with friends throughout the industry.
Good Bird holds core values that I believe are integral for the vibrancy and sustainability of the food industry. All ingredients are sourced seasonally and directly from farmers. All dishes are made 100% by hand. All staff are paid fairly and treated with respect.
